Matte Gold and Green Milk Glass Modernist Star Brooch, circa 1960’s

$75.00

A time capsule straight out of the 1960’s when man was physically reaching into outer space and not just looking up at the stars and the moon. It was a time of optimism and self accomplishment and dogged determination. Nothing was going to stop us. Man landed on the moon in 1969.

This brooch captures the boundless energy of the decade when it was fabricated. It is dipped in a matte gold bath with spikes representing a twinkling star in the heavens and a green stone in the center representing the color of life, nature and energy.

Hold your head up high. You are now part of time!
