Gold Filigree and Turquoise Blue Crystal Brooch, circa 1960’s

$75.00

Imagine…..A clear turquoise blue is the color of the larger navette cut crystal stones. The smaller round stones are a lighter blue and are layered onto the base. The many facets carved on the glass stones resemble the soft rippling of the Caribbean Ocean water. The filigreed gold balls represent the sunlight dancing on the crystal blue water. This brooch is not signed but the artist left us a version of paradise.

Brooches are making a huge comeback in the 21st century. Are you wondering how to wear it with a blouse? Make sure when you want to place it off the shoulder to secure the pin through the material and onto your bra strap.
